More COTTA...

Ignacio Ochoa was kind enough to track down some more Cotta images, which he sent along.

This confirms my high opinion of the excellence in cartoon art coming out of Argentina, ever since the late 1940's.

Carlos Constantini was a contemporary cartoonist. He obtained popularity in the 70´s, with his character Mac Perro. In the 40´s he was a child.
